Chelba

This certified organic coffee is from The Chelba Estate, close to the Yirgacheffe district in Ethiopia. This coffee has been prepared for us using a special method, including specially selected beans and controlled drying in phases on elevated African beds. The Aroma of this coffee is delicate but sweet. The flavor is very complex with syrupy blackberry sweetness and subtle floral notes; it finishes strong with a lasting chocolate aftertaste.




Las Lajas (Costa Rica)

This certified organic coffee originates in Costa Rica and is from The Chacón family estate. Their estate, Las Lajas, is a leader in organic coffee and environmentally sustainable coffee farming practices. The buttery texture and rich aroma of caramel combine to make this a smooth blend.




Rio Azul

Rio Azul coffee originates from a Co-Operative of over 150 families in Guatemala. This coffee has a floral aroma with a subtle cinnamon taste and hints of mango.
